SUNDAY, 5TH JULY: PRAISE OFFERINGS:
• Let us raise praise offerings to our God, the Lord of the Harvest, for His immeasurable mercies, provisions and grace to us in the Charismatic Renewal Ministries and to Missions Aid International in particular.
• Thank God for his faithfulness despite the global pandemic, causing many deaths and creating great panic: the whole earth was brought to an abrupt standstill but God’s worldwide mission was not.
• Thank the Lord for all labourers the Lord has been using for the work of missions in the time past: the intercessors, the financiers, the short term missionaries, the kingdom commandos and the missionaries on the field.
• Pray generally for the success of the mission week.
MONDAY 6TH JULY: CRM LEADERSHIP
• Thank the Lord on behalf of our General Overseer, Dr. Cosmas Ilechukwu and the other members of the General Core Group for their support for the work of Missions.
• Thank the Lord for making all our State Overseers and CRM pastors to be supportive to the work of Missions. Ask the Lord to provide for them and protect them against all the wiles of the evil one.
• Ask for grace for all our pastors to be able to handle the missions week effectively. Ask God to grant them fresh revelation concerning the work of missions.
• Pray for the Missions Week Bible Study to make impact on the lives of brethren.
TUESDAY 7TH JULY: MISSIONS DEPARTMENT
• Let us appreciate the Lord for the increasing godly wisdom of our Mission Director, Pastor EmmaJoe Nwachukwu. Pray that the Lord will endow him with all strength and might according to His glorious power.
• Pray also for the members of the missions coordinating committee, members of staff and other members of the department. Ask for grace and mercy. Ask the Lord to renew their zeal for the work.
• Pray for the protection of our missions volunteers and provisions for the work of missions.
WEDNESDAY 8TH JULY: MISSIONARIES
• Let us thank the Lord for all our missionaries and their families. Ask God to release extra ordinary grace upon them.
• Pray that all of them will be greatly used by God in their different fields to shepherd the flock of God under them and do the work of ministry.
• Pray that the brethren will move from glory to glory.
• Pray for those outside Nigeria: Pray for the political situation of their respective countries; the government and its leaders; freedom to preach the gospel.
• Pray also that all nations will open up in responsiveness to the gospel.
THURSDAY 9TH JULY: FINANCIERS
• Thank God for all our financiers, who in spite of the pandemic remain faithful in their giving to missions generously, and in many cases, sacrificially. Pray that God will watch over them and their families; bless their businesses and careers so that whatever they lay their hands to do will prosper.
• Pray that God will raise more men like Jesse who will send ‘grains, bread and cheese’ to those in the mission frontiers
FRIDAY 10TH JULY: UNREACHED NATIONS
• Thank the Lord for His divine agenda of reaching the unreached Nations. Ask the Lord of the Harvest to send labourers into these fields. Command the Nations to open up to the gospel. Come against the influence of the evil one in keeping these Nations in perpetual bondage.
• Pray that Churches, Christian organizations and individuals will take the gospel to the Fulani and see that God’s Kingdom is firmly established among them.
• Ask that the Almighty God will strengthen His Church in Nigeria to be committed to the work of missions and evangelism.
• Pray especially for the brethren and Churches in North East for boldness and for commitment.
SATURDAY 11TH JULY: THE CATHOLICS AND NIGERIA
• Thank the Lord for finding CRM worthy to be entrusted with the Vision of Catholic Evangelization.
• Pray for a fresh wave of Holy Spirit outpouring in the Catholic Church.
• Pray against the serial murders going on all over the country and ask God for unity and stability in Nigeria.
• Ask God to lead Nigeria out of the current economic crises that has catalyzed poverty in the country.
• Ask God to give Nigerian leaders the wisdom to protect Nigerians and provide palliatives for the poor.
SUNDAY 12TH JULY: THANKSGIVING
• Let us thank the Lord for the success of the Missions Week.
• Pray that the impact of the Missions Week will remain and that brethren will sacrificially adopt missionaries.
